Stacy Croft Rotarian of the Year; Raleigh Bailes, Sr. inducted in Sugar Land Rotary Hall of Fame

At the recent installation ceremony, prestigious awards presented included:
 
  • The Rookie of the Year Award - Susan Barnes
  • Cornerstone Awards were presented to Rotarians Rebecca Deurlein, Ward Pendleton, Doerthe Gottschalk-Hofmaier.
  • Sugar Land Rotarian of the Year, Stacy Croft - Stacy, a past president, was named as the Rotarian of the Year (ROTY). The purpose of this award is to recognize an individual Rotarian who has demonstrated exemplary service to Sugar Land Rotary Club.
  • 2017 Inductee to the Sugar Land Rotary Hall of Fame, Raleigh Bailes, Sr. - Raleigh, is a past president and a past director of the Sugar Land Rotary Foundation. He has held numerous officer positions on many Rotary boards and exemplifies service above self in his commitment to the club and service to the community.
Awards were also given to those who were Rotarians of the Month for 2016-2017, as well as those who served on the Sugar Land Rotary Board of Directors.
