I am pleased to invite you to a Rotary project for "Keep Sugar Land Beautiful" to support our beautiful community. This event will take place on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH, 9:00am-11:00am at Cullinan Park Conservatory, 12414 Highway 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478
The email headed “Keep Sugar Land Beautiful Tree Planting Event” has a Trees Across Sugar Land Volunteer Waiver/Registration Form attached. Please fill it out and return to me by SATURDAY OCTOBER 21ST. I will combine and submit them all to the City as one e-mail. Please do not send them directly to the City.

Trees Across Sugar Land Volunteer Waiver/Registration Form
Saturday, November 4, 2023: 9 am – 11 am
Cullinan Park (12424 Highway 6 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, 77478)
Please dress appropriately for planting: long pants, long sleeves, and closed toe shoes
Sunscreen and insect repellant highly recommended -- Bring a shovel (if you have one) with your name on the shovel
Please bring your own water to keep you hydrated! We recommend a reusable water bottle.
A short history:
Trees Across Sugar Land. KSLB secured a donation of 5,000 native hardwood saplings in 2007 and created the first Trees Across Sugar Land! To date 3,915 KSLB volunteers have donated 10,903 hours to plant 50,228 native hardwoods during our annual events!! We are very appreciative of our volunteers and our partnerships with the City of Sugar Land, community organizations, schools, and individuals that contribute to the success of this program.
I'm very passionate and excited about this project. Sugar Land has beautiful parks, and being part of making them special is so key to more of the community using them.
