Effective July 1, Robbie Bates became the Club Treasurer. At that same time, the Club changed both our bookkeeping service and our accounting software.
The transition has been smooth, but slow and most of the hiccups have been resolved. You have not received statements for the last couple of months.
Statements should be emailed to all members within the next two weeks. Many members have credit cards on file that are to be charged monthly
for dues, Sugar Creek Country Club fees, etc. Those cards have not been charged for the last couple of months. Your July balances have just been
processed; August balances should be processed within the next two weeks and September balances will be processed the first week of October.
Future processing should be on the regular monthly schedule going forward. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
