The Sugar Land Rotary Foundation transforms your gifts into scholarships for Interact students and service projects that change lives in Fort Bend.

The Sugar Land Rotary Foundation was established in 2003 in order to better serve our community. By having a 501(c)(3) foundation, the Sugar Land Rotary Club members can partner with local residents and businesses to raise funds that help us fund essential projects, including scholarships. With your help, we can make lives better in our community. Contributions to the Sugar Land Rotary Foundation are tax deductable.

Why should I donate to Sugar Land Rotary Foundation?

Your donation makes a difference to high school students that are striving to make a better future for themselves, and also to certain key projects that support our community.

How does Sugar Land Rotary Foundation use donations?

The Sugar Land Rotary Club uses the funds earmarked for the foundation primarily for scholarships, while other funds are used to support projects in the Fort Bend region. We partner with over local 20 non-profits to serve our community.

What impact can one donation have?

It can save a life. Children that need a place to stay, or the nearly homeless that can be helped with pro-active support to remain housed - both for themselves and their families.

How much of the donation goes towards the programs?

100% of donations are directly spent on programs. The Sugar Land Rotary Foundation closely mirrors the processes that the The Rotary International Foundation uses, which has achieved a 4 star rating from Charity Navigator, the highest rating possible.
